Hey, I'm Keri Glassman, here with some quick and simple tips to help you feel just a little
bit better. Too often, the main thing between you and your exercise is your busy life. Combine
that with general difficulty getting motivated and you have the perfect storm to skip exercising.
I get it -- we are all busy. But do not let scheduling get in the way of your workouts.
You can break up your exercise so you don’t have to do it all in one big chunk. As far
as your body is concerned, two 15-minute walks is almost as good as one 30-minute walk. And,
of course, they’re both better than no walks at all. That isn’t to say that 60 half-minute
walks is necessarily as good, though. Continuous rigorous movement is key to getting in shape,
and as often as possible you should try to get continuous exercise. But do not let a
busy schedule keep you from all exercise. And by the way, getting your exercise in bite-size
portions isn’t just for the super busy. It’s a great tactic if you’re having trouble
motivating yourself to spend that full hour straight exercising. So remember: If you’re
on a tight schedule, get your exercise in a couple smaller chunks rather than one large
