change. This phrase is so motivating and encouraging. It means, you can be a trendsetter, OR you
can change the system with your ideas.

The next smart phrase is - You are in the cockpit, you are…. in the cockpit. Have
you seen a plane's cockpit? Who is in charge of the cockpit, a pilot? This phrase means
you are in charge of something. Or you need to learn to control things. In short, You
are the big boss. Isn’t is a smart phrase, let’s look at some examples.
